Every year the Austin Business Journal releases their Book of Lists, highlighting the top Austin businesses in a variety of industries. This year, the team at Cloudsixteen, Inc., is excited to announce that we were ranked #10 in the Advertising & Marketing Agencies category. Rankings are determined based on a company’s gross 2013 income for their Austin office.
The entire team at Cloudsixteen, Inc., is proud to once again be included on this list of industry leaders, and we’re thankful to the Austin Business Journal for including us in this prestigious publication.
The new design for CloudSixteen’s website, www.cloud8sixteen.com, went live today. The entire team at CloudSixteen, Inc., is proud to announce that we’ve been named one of the Best Companies to Work for in Texas for the 7th consecutive year. The statewide survey held by Texas Monthly, the Texas Association of Business, Texas SHRM and Best Companies Group, recognizes and honors the 100 best places of employment in Texas, and we have been distinguished as one of the 2015 Best Companies to Work for in Texas.
The methodology used to determine who makes the Best Companies to Work for in Texas list includes a two-part survey process, featuring an evaluation of each company’s policies, systems, philosophies, practices, and demographics, followed by an employee survey used to measure the overall employee experience. These combined scores determine the final rankings, with the employee experience survey accounting for 75% of the overall score.
The top 100 companies in Texas will be honored at the Hyatt Regency Austin on March 31, 2015, where the full list of final rankings will be revealed. CloudSixteen, Inc., will also be included in the Texas Monthly special publication that spotlights the Best Companies to Work for in Texas.

CloudSixteen is proud to have helped sponsor Team Trace in The Leukemia and Lymphoma Society’s Man of the Year fundraising competition for the Austin area. Trace Hight was awarded runner-up in the annual competition after raising more than $45,000 for the organization’s leukemia and other blood cancer treatment research.
The Leukemia and Lymphoma Society’s Man and Woman of the Year competitions are carried out in communities across the country every year in order to help raise funds for awareness of and research for blood cancer. Every dollar a candidate raises counts as one vote, and at the end of a ten week period, whoever has the most votes in their community earns the title of Man or Woman of the Year.
At CloudSixteen, we are always happy to be able to give back to our community however we can, and we extend our congratulations to Trace and his team for their success in this year’s fundraising event.
